Address Administration

he purpose of this office is to help establish a county system of assigning addresses to buildings and public utilities requiring addressing to facilitate the locating of buildings in order to protect the public health and safety by enabling a quicker response time by police, fire, ambulance, and other emergency services. We are here to assist you in the correct numbering for your home or buildings, the naming of private roads, and correcting existing addressing errors.

We have provided a link to the Addressing Ordinance that explains the current policy, along with needed forms that can be printed and brought to our office to help in getting the process started. If you have any questions, please call the office or email Nicole Flowers.

The fees listed in the Address Ordinance and application documents are due in full when applying. As of November 1, 2017, the address application fee is now $20.
