Nutritious meals are delivered to the homes of eligible seniors in Montcalm County. Eligibility requires that the person be homebound, unable to prepare their own meals, and lack a caregiver to provide meals. Assessments are done by Montcalm County Commission on Aging Case Managers to determine eligibility of meals. This is a donation-based program, with a suggested donation of $3.00 per meal.
