To obtain a TAX CERTIFICATE, we must verify that the taxes have been paid for the preceding 5 years. The cost is $5.00 per parcel. If a parcel does not have 5 years of taxes, we will have to find parent parcels and include them in our tax certification. Once verified, we will send a code to pay with.
